What are simplyweight group sessions?
Welcome to simplyweight’s group sessions! This is a 12-week course where you will discuss a wide range of topics related to changing mind-set, hunger patterns, healthy eating and portion control (known as our simportion section).
Each session will last 2 hours including time for registration and Q&A. You will start by doing simplyweight’s energisation exercises which will uplift your physically and mentally. You will then experience the simhappy state through our bespoke, guided simhappy tracks. Listening to this track will help increase your motivation, improve self-esteem and develop a more positive outlook on life.
Following this we will watch a short simportion video and discuss this as a group. simportion focuses on healthy eating and portion control without dieting or severe calorie restrictions.
Finally we will end the session with simplydanz - a short but effective group workout session where you can let loose and enjoy yourself! There is no requirement to be a skilled dancer for this – you just need to increase your heart rate and keep moving throughout the track. If you have any medical conditions, pain and are not able to perform any of the activities please refrain from doing so. You will need to sign a disclaimer before these sessions.
At the end of the class there will be sufficient time for Q&A with our team members. Please note that during groups we will not weigh you or address personal medical issues; discussion times are designed to give you time to find out more about the videos you have just seen or to ask simportion, simplydanz or simhappy related questions.
After the class finishes, we request paid class members to stay behind to be weighed individually and in private. Paying members will also have additional time to discuss personal queries with our specialists. Free trial members will not be eligible for weighing and personal consultations.

How much does it cost?
If you would like a taste of what our sessions are like, you are welcome to attend up to 3 Free sessions at any location of your choice. This will give you an idea of what we can offer you and how you can benefit. If you would like to continue with your sessions then you’re welcome to join the full course at just £60 for 12-weeks (£90 in London). This works out at just £5 per class!
In addition to attending the session, as a paying member you will be weighed to track your own progress (this will be done in confidence and we will not share your details with other members). We will also provide you with a simportion card which will tell you your personalised portion allotment to optimise your weight loss programme. Your simportion allotment will be calculated for you using simplyweight’s own, tested formula. This will be accompanied by a weight chart which will be used to track your progress weekly.

Ground Rules and Tips
