Do You Really Need to Drink “Structured Water”

Water is essential for life, comprising a significant portion of the Earth and the human body. Recently, there has been a buzz around “structured water,” often promoted by influencers and biohackers. This fourth phase of water, which is believed to resemble the crystalline structure of natural sources like glaciers and springs, is claimed to have unique properties, including higher alkalinity and potential health benefits. Structured water (H3O2) differs from regular water (H2O) in its molecular arrangement and purported benefits, such as enhanced hydration and immune support. However, scientific evidence supporting these claims is limited.
